I am passionate about leading my team to deliver the highest standard of care, helping our clients live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own homes. I believe in a person-centred approach and in investing in the training and development of our team to ensure the best possible service for the people we support.

With over 11 years of experience in the care industry, I have supported vulnerable adults and children with complex needs. My previous roles include Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and Deputy Manager, giving me a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful and compliant branch. I hold an NVQ Level 5 in Management and have completed specialist training in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and medication management.

Before moving into care, I graduated in Fine Art and taught art history. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport—skills I use every day with both clients and colleagues.
