I have worked as a Carer for 8 years and previously worked for Goldsborough where I developed my skills in working as a Senior Carer.
I have been working for Right at Home since September 2018 and have continued to develop my skills and become a Team Leader. In 2022 i was promoted to Deputy Manager. I am also a Falls Champion which enables me to ensure that our clients are kept safe at home.
I enjoy working as a carer knowing that I am keeping clients safe and happy in their own environment. Knowing that I may be the only person that the client sees throughout the day feels keeps me motivated to do the utmost I can for each and every one.
I wouldn’t change my job and work for Right at Home is the best move I have made for myself and my career.
