A poem by a carer

Right at home Borehamwood and Watford.

 

I’ve recently moved companies, and now I’m with Right at Home.
This career is new to me, I feel it in my bones.
I never thought I would feel this way about a job like this,
A feeling so rewarding, One I wouldn’t want to miss.

Let me share with you all, my new colleagues , my team.
This company is different , Its what makes us all so keen.
The person who started this , the big boss, Jenny she’s the key!!
She’s at the top , let me explain our Right at Home family tree.

Her firm but fair attitude , her passion and her drive. Ambitious, tough and hardworking, got to keep this company alive..
Orange socks, determination, this women has got guts,
Her desks overloaded, hand creams and bags of nuts.

Next there’s our care manager, great support is our Suzanne,
She’ll have your back but won’t take crap, and she’ll always believe you can..

Samia is the quiet one, but seems to bring real calm, paperwork and interviews, beautiful with lots of charm.
She helps out boss with important stuff like insurance and your DBS.
She’s almost got her own football team this woman can handle stress!!!

Donna let’s not forget who loves her blanket and her sweets, she used to coordinate us , but her sanity she’d like to keep.
So she’s moved on to another role , in order to keep her sane.

In come the new duet now we have two more brains. That’s Lauren and Krissy they started off like me, years of caring out on the road. Now in the office they shall be.

Don’t forget our team leaders, there’s Kelly and Jordan, he trains the staff and in he’s double up you'll never die of boredom.

There is so many more of us who make all this complete. Right at home is a special company, one that’s hard to beat..
