As the Care manager at Right at Home Calderdale, I am proud to lead a compassionate team that puts our clients at the heart of everything we do, ensuring they can live safely, happily, and with dignity in the place they call home. I’m passionate about providing person-centred care that ensures clients feel valued, supported, and heard. I work closely with clients, their families, our dedicated Care Givers, and other health professionals to create holistic, personalised care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. I particularly enjoy getting to know our clients personally – learning their stories, understanding what matters to them, and finding ways to make each day fulfilling and meaningful.

I also mentor and support our Carers, providing the training, confidence, and encouragement they need to deliver the very best care every day. Upholding the highest standards of compliance and care quality is at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors on an adventure – whether hiking, travelling, paddleboarding, or running. Lately, running has become my favourite hobby, and I’m currently training for the Paris Marathon in support of the Alzheimer’s Society, a cause very close to my heart. I also treasure spending time with my family and friends, making lasting memories together. I love to laugh, embrace positivity, and do my best to make a difference wherever I go – even if it’s simply bringing a smile to someone’s day.
