Senior Carer for Team Camberley

Georgia has always had a caring nature. Before she had children, she worked as a healthcare assistant in a hospital, helping others every day. She joined Right at Home because she found that being a carer in the community gives her the flexibility she needs to balance her passion for care with her family life. Her hard work has led her to become a Senior Carer - a helping hand for others in her team. 

What inspired you to join Right at Home?

'I loved their values.'

What does a typical day look like for you?

'I get up, take my 4 children to school, I then go off to work for a few hours, pick the kids up and then usually I’m at an extracurricular club.'

What do you enjoy or find most rewarding about your role?

'I love to make people smile and watching them achieve things they didn’t think they could achieve.'

Can you share a memorable moment or achievement that you have experienced as a caregiver?

'When my client was told he wouldn’t be able to get downstairs again, with great strength and will power he now comes downstairs everyday!'

What are your interests or hobbies outside of work?

'I enjoy swimming and reading.'

Do you have any pets? If so, what?

'We have 2 kittens.'
