"I started my journey in the care sector fifteen years ago. My first job was as a Carer in a Care Agency and I knew immediately that this was where I wanted my career to start. Since that time, I have worked both as a Carer and Manager in other agencies, and care homes, and these experiences have helped me realise the difference between ok care and exceptional care.
