In her current role as Care Coordinator, Amy plays a vital part in the smooth running of services, managing complex rostering with exceptional attention to detail. Her enthusiasm, organisation, and proactive approach ensure both clients and carers feel supported, while care visits run reliably and seamlessly. She works closely with healthcare professionals and the wider care team to coordinate responsive, person-centred support.
