Ellis-Marie Gould

• Ellis joins Right at Home Central Wiltshire as our Field Care Coordinator and has been working in the healthcare sector since 2017, supporting people with diverse needs across domiciliary care and hospital environments.

• As part of her role, Ellis works closely with Clients and Care Assistants, conducting care reviews, supporting quality assurance, completing spot checks, and helping to ensure our Clients receive safe, person-centred care.

• Ellis is currently studying towards her Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care and is passionate about helping people maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.

Why did you join Right at Home?

“I joined Right at Home because I wanted to make a positive difference to people who need support to remain independent and live comfortably in their own homes. I was also drawn to the organisation's person-centred approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care."

What does quality means to you?

"I got into care by chance while working in hospitality, when an opportunity arose to join a domiciliary care company. I quickly discovered how rewarding it was to build relationships with clients, support them to achieve their goals, and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives."
