Louise Robinson

• Louise is the Office Administrator at Right at Home Central Wiltshire, supporting the team with a wide range of administrative tasks and helping the office run smoothly day to day.

• Louise helps to ensure the office is organised, approachable and well supported. As one of the first friendly faces people meet when they come into the office, she helps create a warm and welcoming environment for Clients, families, Care Assistants and visitors. She also provides administrative support across the wider team, helping to keep information up to date and ensuring day-to-day tasks are handled efficiently.

• Louise describes herself as highly motivated and enjoys stepping outside her comfort zone. She is looking forward to meeting new people, gaining new experiences and developing her skills as part of the Right at Home team.

Why did you join Right at Home?

“I wanted to join Right at Home because I wanted to be part of an organisation that genuinely makes a positive difference to people’s lives. I really value helping others and being part of a supportive team. I’m also looking forward to learning new skills, meeting new people and gaining new experiences in my role.”

Why did you go into care?

“I have always had a genuine interest in people and enjoy understanding what makes them feel supported and valued. My background in Psychology has taught me the importance of listening and recognising that everyone has different needs and experiences. I find it rewarding to know that even small things, such as a friendly conversation or simply being there for someone, can make a positive difference to their day.”
