Mandy Lovelace

• Mandy has worked in health and social care for many years, and caring for people has always been at the heart of what she does.

• She loves getting to know Clients and their families, building trusted relationships and making sure they feel supported, listened to and confident that they are receiving the very best care.

• In her role as Client Relationship Manager, Mandy is a key point of contact for Clients, families and referral partners, helping to ensure everyone feels informed, supported and cared for throughout their journey with us. She supports Clients and families from the initial assessment through to ongoing care reviews, manages enquiries and day-to-day queries, maintains clear and regular communication, and gathers feedback to help us continually improve our service.
