Natasha Mufford

• Natasha has worked in the care industry for over five years. She joined Right at Home Central Wiltshire as a Care Assistant and, through her consistent commitment to high standards of care, progressed to Senior Care Assistant before stepping into her current role as Client Relationship Manager.

• Natasha acts as a key point of contact for clients and their families, supporting them from initial assessment through to ongoing reviews and day-to-day queries. She also manages enquiries, follow-ups, and quality reviews, maintaining clear communication with clients and referral partners.

• With a friendly and approachable manner, Natasha is known for being dependable and supportive. She takes pride in working collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues, always focusing on delivering a positive and reassuring experience.

Why did you get into care?
