Rachel Bailey
- Rachel is the Client Relationship Manager at Right at Home Central Wiltshire and brings over ten years’ experience in social care. Her background spans a wide range of roles, including care delivery, coordination, and client support. She joined the team as a Care Assistant and, drawing on both her experience and strong client focus, progressed into her current role.
- Rachel manages ongoing relationships with her portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and continuity of care. She supports clients and families throughout their care journey, from enquiries and assessments to regular quality reviews. Rachel works closely with referral partners and the wider care team, helping to coordinate support that meets each client’s individual needs while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Outside of work, Rachel enjoys countryside living and spending time surrounded by animals. She often shares her passion for animal care and rural life when getting to know clients and families, which helps her build warm and genuine connections.
