• Her experience supporting individuals recovering from injury inspired her interest in improving people’s quality of life and helping them regain confidence in their daily routines.

• As part of the Care Coordination Team, Renee helps with care planning and rostering, working closely with our carers and clients to ensure everyone receives reliable, high-quality support.

“My background in sports rehabilitation naturally led me into care. I’ve always enjoyed helping people feel better by supporting them and helping them reach their goals. Being able to make a positive difference to someone’s life is incredibly rewarding.”
