Sarah Bain

• Sarah joined Right at Home Central Wiltshire with a strong background in supporting and working with people. She is also a qualified primary school teacher, bringing a calm, patient and understanding approach to everything she does

.

• Sarah has always been passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. In her role as Senior Carer, she supports our Clients with compassion, respect and understanding, helping them to maintain their independence and feel valued in their own homes.

• She enjoys building meaningful relationships with Clients and their families, understanding what matters most to each person and providing care that is personal, respectful and centred around their individual needs.

Why did you get into care?

“I believe caring for others is one of the most important things we can do. When people are going through challenging times, whether due to age, illness or changes in their circumstances, everyone deserves to feel valued, respected and supported.

I wanted to be part of a team that helps people maintain their independence, dignity and confidence, while making everyday moments a little brighter.”

What does quality mean to you?
