We're currently recruiting Care Assistants to work either:

• Morning & Day Shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Afternoon & Evening Shifts: 3:00pm – 10:30pm

You must be available to work alternate weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but every visit matters.

You'll support clients in their own homes by:

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing and bathing
• Administering or prompting medication
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with shopping, appointments and social outings
• Supporting mobility and independence
• Light housekeeping and ensuring clients remain safe and comfortable

You'll leave every shift knowing you've made someone's day a little easier.

Award-Winning Training & Support

No experience? No problem.

We'll give you everything you need to become a confident Care Assistant.

Your training includes:

• Three days of face-to-face classroom training
• Medication training
• Manual handling
• Basic Life Support
• Infection prevention
• Safeguarding
• Dementia awareness
• Food hygiene
• Fire safety
• Mental Capacity Act
• Comprehensive online learning
• Paid shadowing with experienced CareGivers

After 12 months, you'll also have the opportunity to complete a fully funded NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care, helping you build a long-term career with us.

What We're Looking For

More than qualifications, we're looking for the right people.

You'll need:

• A caring, compassionate nature
• Great communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Availability to work either 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–10:30pm
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• The right to work in the UK
