At Right at Home Central Wiltshire, exceptional care is delivered every single day by a dedicated team of Care Assistants who lead with heart, professionalism, and compassion. Their work goes far beyond practical support, it builds trust, creates meaningful connections, and positively impacts the lives of our clients and their families.

To recognise and celebrate this dedication, our Quarterly Carer Awards honour team members who consistently go above and beyond, not only in the care they provide but also in the way they support colleagues and live out our core values.

In the third quarter, we are proud to celebrate three outstanding Care Assistants whose commitment and attitude truly set them apart.

Melissa – Above & Beyond Award

Melissa has been recognised for her exceptional willingness to step up whenever support is needed. She consistently puts both clients and colleagues first, approaching every situation with a positive, solution-focused mindset.

One moment that stood out was when Melissa went out of her way to help a fellow carer who was unable to drive, ensuring visits continued smoothly without disruption to clients. Acts like this perfectly reflect her teamwork, flexibility, and genuine kindness.

Samantha – Peer Support Award

Zoe – Client Feedback Award
