Jack Miller recognised for outstanding leadership, exceptional care and lasting community impact

Published: 27/10/2026

We’re delighted to celebrate another fantastic achievement for Jack Miller, Managing Director of Right at Home Central Wiltshire, who has been named a winner of the Great British Franchisee Awards 2026.

Organised by Which Franchise, the awards recognise franchisees who demonstrate outstanding business performance, entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence. Jack’s win is a significant milestone, recognising not only the success he has built over six years with Right at Home, but also the positive difference he and his team make to Clients, employees and the wider community.

A leader recognised for outstanding achievement

The judges were particularly impressed by Jack’s ability to combine impressive business growth with a strong focus on quality care, staff development and customer satisfaction.

Over six years, Jack has built a thriving and highly respected homecare business, developing a talented team of 100 employees and creating clear career progression opportunities. His investment in a strong leadership structure has helped establish firm foundations for continued growth, while keeping outstanding care at the heart of the business.

This recognition follows Jack’s recent success at the Right at Home National Conference, where he won the coveted Overall Business of the Year Award.

Behind a successful business is a team that shares its vision and values. Under Jack’s leadership, Right at Home Central Wiltshire has developed a culture built on unity, shared ambition and pride in delivering high-quality care.

Lucy Campbell, CEO of Right at Home UK, said:

“Jack is a wonderful example of what great franchising is all about. He combines entrepreneurial drive with a genuine passion for people, and his commitment extends beyond his own business.”

Lucy also highlighted Jack’s contribution as a valued member of the Right at Home Franchise Advisory Council, where he supports the wider network and helps shape its future.

Making a difference beyond homecare

For Jack, success is about more than business performance. Supporting local communities, tackling loneliness and creating meaningful connections are important parts of the team's work.

Initiatives such as 1,500 Smiles reflect this commitment, bringing people together and helping older adults feel more connected to their communities.

The judges specifically praised these efforts, recognising Jack’s dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of Clients and their families, alongside his willingness to share knowledge and support fellow franchisees.

It is this combination of commercial ambition, compassion and community spirit that makes the award particularly meaningful.

A proud achievement for the whole team

This award recognises Jack’s leadership and entrepreneurial achievements, but it is also a celebration of everyone who has contributed to the business’s journey.

From the office team to the dedicated Carers supporting Clients every day, their commitment and teamwork make a lasting difference to the people and communities they serve.

Jack’s Great British Franchisee Award is a proud moment for Right at Home Central Wiltshire and further recognition of the values that underpin the business: outstanding care, strong relationships and a genuine commitment to helping people live well at home.

Congratulations to Jack and the entire team on this well-deserved achievement!
