I began my journey in care at 19, expecting a simple yet rewarding role. However, I soon discovered that care encompasses so much more. It's about providing compassionate support, treating clients like family, and celebrating their triumphs while offering comfort during challenging times.

Working in care can be demanding, but it's also incredibly fulfilling. I'm proud to be part of Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis, where our clients are truly at the heart of everything we do. The greatest reward for me is seeing my clients smile or achieve something they thought was impossible – it's a privilege to be a part of their journey and make a positive impact on their lives.

My experience in care has been truly enriching, equipping me with valuable skills and knowledge that have benefited both my professional and personal life. Notably, it enabled me to provide compassionate care for my father during his final days. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to have made a positive impact on his life, and I'm proud to continue making a difference in the lives of others through my work in care.
