Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis Celebrates 5 Star Employer Status and Outstanding 2026 Survey Results
We are delighted to announce that Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis has been awarded 5 Star Employer status for 2026 by independent workplace experts WorkBuzz — alongside achieving truly exceptional results in our annual Client and Care Team survey.
Each year, we commission an independent research company WorkBuzz to survey both the Clients we support and the Care Assistants who deliver our care. This year, between February and March 2026, WorkBuzz spoke with 14 of our Clients and 21 of our Care Assistants to gather honest, anonymous feedback about life at Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis — both as a place to receive care, and as a place to work.
The results speak for themselves.

What our Clients told us
We are incredibly proud — and genuinely humbled — by the feedback shared by the people we support:
- 100% said our Care Team make them feel safe during visits and help them understand and manage any risks
- 100% said our Care Team go above and beyond to make sure they get the support they need
- 100% agreed our Care Team treat them with respect and dignity
- 100% said they would recommend Right at Home to others
- 100% agreed our Care Team respond effectively when their needs or wishes change
- 93% said the care and support they receive helps them remain as independent as possible
- 92% said our Care Team have an excellent understanding of their care needs
For a domiciliary care provider, there is no higher accolade than this. Feeling safe, being treated with dignity, and being supported to live independently sit at the very heart of what we do — and to hear that the people we visit each day feel this consistently is profoundly rewarding for our whole team.

Equally important is the experience of the people who deliver that care. The wellbeing, development and pride of our Care Assistants directly shape the quality of support our Clients receive — and the feedback from our team has been overwhelmingly positive:

- 95% agreed Right at Home is an inclusive place to work
- 95% agreed they have good relationships with their colleagues
- 95% said they are clear about what is expected of them in their role
