Caroline joined us in 2023 as our Registered Manager, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, experience & passion for quality, focusing on providing excellent support for our people & the highest standard of care for our clients.
Caroline is responsible for the day to day running of our care services, supported by our office team members, to ensure our people get the support, training, guidance & development they require, and in turn to ensure clients get the very best level of homecare.
Why did you join Right at Home?
Having worked within the social care sector for nearly 12 years it is essential to me that I am able to work with a provider that is just as passionate about looking after its staff and service users as I am. This is something that I have definitely found with Right at Home.
Why did you get into care?
I first started working in care because I wanted to be able to make a difference in people’s lives; in starting this career I have found it to be the most fulfilling and satisfying thing that I could do. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else.
