Charlotte Shaw

• Charlotte Shaw is our Assistant Care Coordinator at Right at Home Chippenham. She brings 9 years of experience in the care sector, having spent much of that time providing hands-on support in the community.

• In her role, Charlotte works closely with Amy Smith, our Care Coordinator, to manage scheduling and rosters, ensuring visits are well-organised and delivered on time. She plays an essential part in supporting our Care Assistants, providing guidance and assistance when needed.

Why did you join Right at Home?

Why did you get into care?

“I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and this started from an early age when I supported family members who needed extra help. Experiencing how much of a difference even small acts of care can make inspired me to build a career where I could make that positive impact every day.”
