Jess joined us in 2023 after spending a number of years in the care sector, working as a Care Assistant & a Care Coordinator.
Jess looks after our brilliant team of CareGivers to ensure they see regular clients, they get all the support and guidance they need & that we provide them with work to fit their commitments and personal schedules.
For our clients, Jess focuses on matching them with CareGivers who have common interests, and ensuring they have the best level of continuity.
We asked Jess why she wanted to join Right at Home, here's what she had to say:
"I joined the care industry because I have always been passionate about improving the lives of people who would otherwise struggle to remain at home.
To me quality care really makes a difference, going the extra mile to make sure each individual is respected and cared for holistically."
