• Lauren Pluckrose, our Recruitment & Wellbeing Coordinator, has worked in the care industry for nine years, including the past year in a managerial role. During this time, she has developed a genuine passion for supporting the well-being of both her colleagues and the clients she serves.

Why did you join Right at Home?

Why did you get into care?

“I have always had a strong passion for helping others, inspired by personal experiences within my family. When I first started in care, my goal was to make a positive difference, and now, I can’t imagine doing anything else. I truly love what I do.”

What does quality mean to you?

“To me, quality means treating every client with the same care and respect I would want for my own family. I understand how important it is to notice and value the little things that make a big difference in someone’s life.”
