Celebrating Connection and Impact
Published: 23/10/2025
We were delighted to welcome our staff and their families to our Office Housewarming Bingo Evening on 22 October, celebrating our recent office extension. The night was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and festive cheer, bringing everyone together in the spirit of connection and joy.
While the Bingo games brought smiles to the evening, the event also marked the launch of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and the announcement of our new volunteer programme, reinforcing our commitment to the wider community.
Bingo Evening: Fun, Family & Community
The Bingo evening was a highlight of the celebrations, offering a fun, interactive way for staff and families to connect. From playful competition to shared laughter, the evening reminded us that joy and connection are at the heart of what we do – not just for our clients but for everyone involved in our community.
Volunteer Programme: Connecting People & Making a Difference
Alongside the fun, we introduced our volunteer programme, designed to empower staff and their families to engage meaningfully in the community.
- Participation & Incentives: Staff are invited to join, creating opportunities for intergenerational engagement.
- Recognition: Contributions are celebrated in newsletters, social media, appreciation certificates, and annual events.
- Team Bonding: Group volunteering strengthens relationships within teams while positively impacting the community.
Through volunteering, we aim to bring our values to life, building lasting connections and making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
CSR Strategy: Vision for 2026–2028

2028 – Learning & Growth:

Celebrating Connection & Impact
The Bingo evening was more than a game – it was a launchpad for our CSR journey and a celebration of our team, their families, and the community we serve. We look forward to spreading joy, building connections, and making a positive impact through volunteering, community engagement, and our three-year CSR plan.
