Right at Home Chippenham Christmas Party 2025

The Right at Home Chippenham Christmas Party, held on 11^th December 2025 at our office, was a warm and joyful celebration for Clients, families, and our care team. This annual event is an important part of our commitment to delivering person-centred care, building community connections, and creating meaningful experiences beyond day-to-day support.

A Welcoming Christmas Event for Clients

Our office was transformed into a cosy festive space, where guests were greeted with smiles, music, and Christmas cheer.

We were delighted to welcome many of our regular attendees, and equally thrilled to meet new Clients and families joining us for the first time. The event created a wonderful sense of belonging, something we value deeply in our Right at Home Chippenham community.

Creative Christmas Activities for Older Adults

A highlight of the event was our Christmas decoration craft activity. Clients enjoyed designing their own festive ornaments using ribbons, sparkles, and colourful materials. This hands-on activity was not only fun, but also encouraged creativity, confidence, and social interaction, all of which support emotional wellbeing.

Craft activities like these play an important role in keeping older adults active and engaged, and it was lovely to see everyone proudly taking their decorations home.

To continue spreading the Christmas joy, we’ve also prepared craft kits for those clients who weren’t able to join us on the day, so they can enjoy creating their own festive decorations at home.

Fun Games, Seasonal Treats & Social Connection

The afternoon included a variety of activities designed to bring people together:

• Light-hearted festive games
• Seasonal nibbles and sweet treats
• A relaxed space to chat with carers and other clients

These moments of connection are essential in reducing loneliness, boosting mood, and creating positive shared experiences - all of which align with our mission to provide high-quality, relationship-led homecare in local communities.

Christmas Bingo and Festive Prizes

Our popular Christmas Bingo was full of excitement, friendly competition, and lots of laughter. With festive prizes up for grabs, the game quickly became a favourite part of the afternoon. Activities like Bingo support cognitive stimulation and confidence, making them perfect additions to our client events.

A Special Christmas Gift for Everyone

To show our appreciation, each Client and Care Assistant received a small Christmas gift from the company. This thoughtful gesture reflects our commitment to putting Clients and our people first and celebrating the unique individuals we support and appreciate throughout the year.

Strengthening Community Through Care

The Christmas Party was more than just a festive gathering. It showcased the heart of Right at Home Chippenham.

Seeing Clients reconnect, make new friends, and enjoy time together reminded us why our community events are so important.
