We’re Proud to Share Our ‘Very Good’ Rating Across All Areas from the Care Inspectorate
Published: 08/07/2025
We’re absolutely delighted to share the news that we’ve been rated ‘Very Good’ (5) in all areas following our first unannounced inspection by the Care Inspectorate in March.
This glowing report is a huge moment for our team here at Right at Home Dundee, Angus & North Fife. It recognises the quality, compassion and commitment that goes into every visit we make – and most importantly, it reflects the trust our Clients and their families place in us every day.
What the Inspectors Said
The Care Inspectorate praised our service for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, with strong leadership, clear communication, and well-planned support that truly puts people first.
They found that the people we support feel safe, respected and valued – with care visits tailored to individual preferences and delivered by consistent, well-matched Carers who genuinely care.
We were especially proud to read the lovely feedback shared by Clients and family members. Many described our team as “kind and caring,” “very good at their job,” and “always going out of their way to help.” Comments like these mean the world to us.
