After a successful background in accounts, she made the inspiring decision to become a part-time Carer. It didn't take long for her passion to shine through, and she quickly transitioned to a full-time Care Coordinator, where her exceptional client communication skills and deep understanding of care became invaluable.

Recognizing her talent, we proudly promoted her to Community Marketing Coordinator in 2023. In this role, Lisa is a driving force behind our community initiatives, specializing in creating inclusive, dementia-friendly events. She is dedicated to raising awareness of our high-quality care services and ensuring our reputation for excellence is shared throughout Blackburn, Hyndburn, and Ribble Valley.
