Tracy has dedicated over 20 years to the care industry, gaining a wealth of experience in care home settings, from providing nursing care to leading engaging activities as an Activities Coordinator.

She holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, along with an NCF Diploma in Dementia, and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Tracy is also proud to be Right at Home’s Stroke Champion, having completed specialist training to support Clients and their families affected by stroke.

With her kind and gentle nature, Tracy is passionate about helping others and providing the highest standard of care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. Tracy recently married Craig, her partner of 17 years, and is a proud grandmother to two grandsons, who bring her endless joy.

Speaking about her role, Tracy says:
“I enjoy working at Right at Home, it feels like my other family. I love that the office staff still go out on care visits – it means we all get to know our Clients well and can understand their needs better.”
