We are looking for a Live-In Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care and companionship to an elderly client in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone to remain independent, safe and well, while building a meaningful relationship with the person you support.

About the Role

This is a full-time live-in position, working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, providing an excellent work-life balance.

During your placement, you will live in the client’s home and provide consistent, personalised care and companionship.

You will also have a 2-hour break each day.

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential. We provide full paid training to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your role.

Your Role

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide personalised support tailored to the individual’s needs. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care
  • Supporting with medication
  • Preparing meals
  • Light housekeeping
  • Shopping and running errands
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting hobbies, interests and daily activities
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
