Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding compliance across the business, supporting a minimum “Good” rating in CQC inspections
• Plan, allocate, and review staff workloads effectively
• Promote and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
• Continuously review and improve processes to enhance service delivery
• Identify training needs, support inductions, and deliver ongoing staff development
• Recruit, select, and supervise members of the care team

About You

• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards higher qualifications)
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, including Good and Outstanding ratings
• Experience in a junior management role within the care sector
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Full UK right to work
• UK/EU driving licence and access to a vehicle
