Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Gopi Narula, built her career in technology consultancy, most recently as a Client Services Director. Her role centred on building trusted client relationships and understanding what each client needed, then overseeing the delivery of digital products that solved real problems.

The part of the job she always valued most was the people behind it. Over time, though, she found herself wanting work that felt more purposeful, where she could make a more direct difference to people's lives.

That became much clearer as she watched her brother and a close family friend build their own work in homecare. Seeing first-hand the difference they made to their Clients, and the reassurance they gave to families, showed her that good care rests on trust and genuine relationships.

Her aim in launching Right at Home Kidderminster & Stourbridge is to give families real confidence that the people they love are supported by someone they can truly trust.

"Home is where we feel most comfortable, and where so many of our most important memories are made. I want to help people stay in the place they love for as long as possible. I've always enjoyed taking the time to really understand people, from what matters to them to the challenges they're facing, and that's exactly how I want us to approach every Client we support."

Outside of work, Gopi is a mum to two young boys, so she knows how much it means to have people around you who are dependable and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of those you love. Family means a great deal to her, and she brings that same sense of care to her work.
