Hannah Bridgen

Registered Manager

We are delighted to have Hannah as our Registered Manager. With a career spanning frontline care through to senior management, she brings a wealth of practical experience and a genuine understanding of what good homecare means to the people receiving it and their families.

Hannah started her career as a Care Assistant, progressing through Senior Care Assistant, Care Coordinator and Branch Manager roles before becoming a Registered Manager. Having worked at every level of a care service, she understands the importance of getting the fundamentals right, but also that great care is about so much more than simply meeting someone's practical needs.

For Hannah, person-centred care means taking the time to get to know the individual behind the care plan. It means understanding what matters to someone, respecting their choices and routines, and supporting them to remain as independent as possible in their own home. These are values that are very important to us as we build Right at Home Kidderminster & Stourbridge.

Alongside her experience in managing care services, Hannah is passionate about supporting the people who provide care. She understands that when Carers feel valued, listened to and properly supported, they are better able to give the very best to the people they look after. Developing a strong, caring team will therefore be an important part of her role with us.

We are incredibly pleased to have Hannah as part of the team and look forward to building a homecare service that reflects the high standards, warmth and genuine care that she brings to her work.
