Celebrating VE Day with Share-a-Story

We marked VE Day in true Social Seniors style—with plenty of stories, laughter, and good company. It was a day to remember the end of World War II, but also a chance to come together and share memories that made us smile (and even chuckle a little).
Some of our members told stories from their younger days or passed down tales they'd heard from parents and grandparents. There were touching moments, but also lots of laughs—like the one about a friend who dressed up as Santa and rode a quad bike to the pub on Christmas in Spain. Those little glimpses into the past really brought the day to life.
