Guided Meditation

This week’s Social Seniors session was the perfect balance of peace and play!

We began our morning with a guided meditation, creating a calm and centered atmosphere. With soft music and gentle breathing, everyone took a few moments to unwind, release tension and focus on the present. It was wonderful to see the group so relaxed — a reminder of how powerful a little mindfulness can be.

After our meditation, we shifted gears from zen to zest with a lighthearted quiz session! 🧠
From classic movie moments to curious facts about the world, our seniors proved that wisdom truly comes with experience!

We’re already looking forward to next week’s gathering. Until then, remember to take a few mindful breaths and keep that quiz spirit alive!
