At our recent social seniors gathering, we introduced Sit Fit — a fun, seated exercise programme designed for older adults. With gentle movements set to music, the session got everyone smiling, moving and even challenging their coordination in the best way!

What started with a few cautious moves quickly turned into full participation, laughter, and a real sense of togetherness. Everyone left feeling brighter, both in body and mind.

We’ll definitely be doing it again!
