Sit Fit

This week, our group came together once again for our regular weekly session – and it was something a little special. After the success of introducing SitFit recently, we brought it back for another round, and the energy in the room was fantastic!

SitFit is a simple, fun way to move, stretch, and strengthen the body – all while staying seated. It’s designed to be inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability level, and it really helps to get us moving in a safe and supportive way.

The session was full of smiles, laughter, and plenty of positive energy. Many members commented on how good it felt to stretch and exercise in a group setting, and we could all feel the benefits straight away. What made it even more enjoyable was doing it together – encouraging each other, sharing in the fun, and celebrating the small victories as a team.

We’re so pleased that SitFit has been such a hit with the group. It’s not just about the movement itself – it’s about building confidence, boosting wellbeing, and enjoying each other’s company while we stay active.

We’re already looking forward to next week’s session, and we’ll definitely be keeping SitFit as a regular part of our activities. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made it such a success again this week!
