Visit from Joshua Reynolds MP to Social Seniors Group
Published: 28/05/2025
We were honoured to welcome Joshua Reynolds, Member of Parliament for Maidenhead, to our Social Seniors group this week.
Mr Reynolds joined our regular session to meet with attendees, hear about their experiences, and gain insight into the issues that matter most to older residents in our community. During his visit, he engaged in thoughtful conversations with many of our members, listening attentively to their perspectives on local services, healthcare, and social support.
The visit was not only an opportunity for open dialogue but also a chance to share in one of our group's favourite activities – bingo. Mr Reynolds enthusiastically took part in the game, much to the delight of our attendees. His warm and approachable manner, along with his willingness to join in, was greatly appreciated by all.
We are grateful to Mr Reynolds for taking the time to visit and connect with our group in such a meaningful way. His presence was a reminder of the importance of community engagement and the value of intergenerational conversation.
We look forward to continuing these conversations and to welcoming Mr Reynolds again in the future.
