My career has taken me on a varied journey, from studying IT, to running my own Asian wedding photography business, to owning and developing a successful Venture Studios franchise. But the common thread throughout has always been people. Understanding them, supporting them, and creating something meaningful for the community around me.

After years of running businesses that demanded long hours and extensive travel, I wanted to build something closer to home, something that made a real difference to people’s lives. That’s what led me to the care sector, and ultimately to opening Right at Home Maidstone with my sister, Ayesha.

For the past few years, I’ve been running Venture Studios Maidstone, which has given me a strong connection to the local area and a real appreciation for the community here. Working closely with families, local businesses and community groups has helped me understand what matters to people in Maidstone, and that experience shapes the way I approach our work at Right at Home. I know the area, I know the people, and I’m committed to building a service that genuinely supports our community.

My background in business ownership has taught me the importance of strong leadership, clear communication, and creating a space where people feel supported and valued. At Right at Home Maidstone, I focus on strategic direction, business development, and ensuring our team has everything they need to deliver outstanding care.
