Nick Turner trained and practised as a designer and furniture-maker for over 30 years, visiting clients and producing unique bespoke solutions for their needs. It then became time to manage the care of a close relative, and a few years later he was able to apply these skills to starting a high-quality care company.
Having also been involved in voluntary visiting for over 40 years, he is committed to the delivery of care that is passionately compassionate, defining itself in first-class client-centred care. The company is also equally committed to providing the same caring approach to all members of the team in order to provide a well-paid, safe and happy working environment.
He is committed to providing the best advice and resources to clients and their relatives, on the basis that everyone deserves to be treated well and retain their dignity and independence, when in need.
Nick is also keen to contribute more widely and so sits on the board of Hampshire Domiciliary Care Providers, Hampshire Safeguarding Adults Board, Chandler’s Ford and Hiltingbury Dementia Action Group and continues to make links where he can best contribute.
He spends his free time with his wife, children, dogs and other animals, DIY, travel, walking and boating.
