Shannon Haines

 

My name is Shannon, I started with the company as a Caregiver in January 2019. As soon as I became a Caregiver after my first child, I knew that this was the industry for me, it is truly one of the most rewarding jobs.

In February 2020 I was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to become Registered Manager. I have since completed all the relevant assessments and now hold registered status with the CQC. I have also had another child, a little boy, who has completed our family. In September 2022 I got married in Cyprus and became Mrs Haines. I Plan to stay with right at home mid Hampshire with the hope of expanding my knowledge consistently within the industry, I cannot see my self working anywhere else.
