This training has been invaluable, giving our CareGivers practical knowledge and emotional confidence in supporting families following the passing of a client. It focuses on best practice in maintaining dignity, offering reassurance, and showing respect to both the deceased and their loved ones.

For our staff, this training was more than a certificate, it was a chance to reflect on the importance of their role, and the trust families place in us.
