I’ve worked in health and social care for over 25 years and worked my way up from carer to senior, then deputy, and now care manager. I’m really friendly and caring, and I believe care should always be about the person and what works best for them.

I love my job and enjoy working with people and building strong, supportive teams. My focus is on helping people stay safe and independent in their own homes wherever possible, and making sure they feel respected, listened to, and in control of their care.
