What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Assistant, your role is vital in helping our clients live independently and happily. Your daily tasks may include:

• Assisting with personal care to help clients maintain hygiene, comfort, and dignity
• Preparing meals, drinks, and snacks to support nutrition and wellbeing
• Helping with everyday tasks: cleaning, shopping, laundry, bill paying
• Supporting medication routines (full training provided)
• Offering companionship and social support, helping clients stay connected with friends & family
• Working as part of a caring team, liaising with colleagues and healthcare professionals
• Keeping accurate, professional records and communicating effectively
