But our support doesn’t stop there. We stay by your side throughout the care journey, continuously gathering your feedback and adjusting the plan to ensure it’s always the right fit.
1. Develop a Client Care Profile
When you call Right at Home Nottingham North, we start by gathering information on how we can best help you or your loved one. We'll arrange an in-home visit at a convenient time for you to perform a basic needs and environment assessment. This helps us determine the best type of care required for you. Whether it's companionship, personal care, nursing or specialty care we are here to answer any questions you may have and provide any care you may need.
2. Create a Person Centered Care Plan
Next, we'll craft a Person Centered Care Plan that is tailored specifically to your needs. The plan incorporates your and your loved one's history, routines, interests and preferences in order to create support activities that will benefit you most. We will then review and modify the Care Plan wherever you see fit.
3. Identify the Best CareGiver for You
Allowing someone into your home is a big step. It's important we make a good match so we consider numerous factors such as: interests, personalities, backgrounds and specialties. All CareGivers are screened, DBS & reference checked, given in-house award winning training and shadowed until we're sure they meet the Right at Home standards. Of course your comfort matters most and will take on board any concerns.
4. Deliver Care That Goes Above and Beyond

5. Provide On-Going Support
Our CareGivers take detailed notes through our tailored app so we and you know exactly what happened each and every time we provide a service. Our supervisors make periodic visits to ensure things are going well and because our team is trained to notice and report changes in health or condition we can quickly adjust care when required.
