My name is Hilary Hampton. I am the Registered Service Manager for Right at Home Preston. I am responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the service.
I started off working as a caregiver in 2005. l got promoted to a senior care giver, deputy manager, then went onto be a Registered Manager. I am also a qualified Health and Social care assessor/ skills coach.
Our services are designed to assist adults including older people who by virtue of age, infirmity or disability require help to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
Our aim is to assist you to always maintain your independence whilst respecting your privacy and dignity. We strive to add joy to your day by allowing you the choice you want, to live as full and interesting a lifestyle as possible.
We strive to make a difference to our clients lives and we aim to deliver the difference. I believe in a trained and skills work force. We have a robust recruitment process, and all our staff are DBS checked and trained to a high standard. All our staff must be qualified to QCF level 2 or above at the time they join us or have registered for QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care within 6 months of starting their employment.
