With a PhD in Biological Sciences and Medicine, I bring a strong scientific and research-driven mindset to my role at Right at Home Salisbury & Andover. My background in neuropharmacology and brain studies has given me valuable insights into human health and wellbeing, which I apply daily to support our mission.

I have always been passionate about enhancing the lives and wellbeing of those around me. Working alongside my parents – Michelle & Martin Hillman – we are a family-led, values-driven team with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care to Salisbury’s most vulnerable individuals.

In my role, I focus on building partnerships, driving community engagement, and enhancing service delivery. I also provide training and support to our incredible team, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to deliver the highest standards of care.
