With a background in leadership, management, and education within the media industry, I have had the opportunity to work in both Botswana and the UK, developing key skills in team leadership, business operations, and creative industries.

Twelve years ago, alongside my wife – Michelle Hillman – I embarked on a new journey, launching and running a successful photography studio in Southampton after relocating to Salisbury. This experience shaped my ability to lead a business with passion, innovation, and a strong focus on customer service. Starting Right at Home Salisbury & Andover is one of my proudest achievements.

It has allowed me to give back to my local community and pursue my deep commitment to supporting vulnerable adults. Every day, I feel grateful for the opportunity to lead a business that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. I am always available to answer questions, connect with local organisation, and support community initiatives.
