Launching on Friday 14th August 2026, The Community Sofa is a brand new podcast created by Right at Home Salisbury & Andover with one simple purpose: to connect local ptople with the incredible organisations, services and individuals making a real difference across our community.
Every day, we meet families who simply don't know where to turn. Whether they're looking fot advice, support, healthcare services, community groups or practical guidance, the help often exists, but finding it can sometimes feel overwhelming.
We wanted to change that.

More Than a Podcast
The Community Sofa isn't just about conversations. It's about bringing together the people who care deeply about our local community and giving them a platform to share their knowledge, experience and passion.
Each episode will feature a different guest, from healthcare professionals and charities to local businesses, community groups and organisations, all united by one goal: helping people live happier, healthier and more connected lives.
We'll explore topics that matter to local families, answer common questions, break down misconceptions and highlight the support available right here in Salisbury, Andover and the surrounding areas.

At Right at Home Salisbury & Andover, we're passionate about more than providing outstanding home care.
We believe in building stronger communities.
Over the past year, we've had the privilege of meeting so many remarkable people who dedicate their lives to supporting others. Time and again, we've found ourselves saying, "More people need to know about the amazing work they do."
The Community Sofa was born from that idea.
