Debby brings over seven years of experience in the care sector, having started her career as a Care Assistant delivering hands on support to people in their own homes. This frontline experience has shaped her approach to care and leadership, ensuring that decisions are always made with the individial at the centre.
As her career progressed, Debby took on increasing resposibility across a range of roles, developing strong operational knowledge and a clear focus on quality, safety, dignity, and compassion. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and excellence in care management.
Her journey gives her a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by Care Assistants, Clients, and families, allowing her to lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
