Ella joined the Right at Home team in February 2022 to take on the role of Care Team Leader for the Sandbach, Alsager, Middlewich, and Winsford area, assisting the Registered Manager for Sandbach in these areas. Ella joined the team with experienced knowledge working in the care sector, and has continuously used this experience to help drive the business forward.

Ella's Key responsibilities will include:

Client Enquiries
Supporting with Client Assessments
Supporting with Client Reviews
Working out in the field with Clients & Staff
